Ferry Beach State Park (Saco)

I took the day off of work to attend an event in Boston this evening so on my way south I stopped at Ferry Beach State Park to hike and stretch my legs.  The park is closed for the winter but allows people to park outside the gates and walk in.  This is a very well maintained state park with nice trails and a great beach.  I hiked 1.8 miles through woods, over a tupelo swamp, and out to the beach.
