Bald Face Circle Trail to Emerald Pool (White Mountain National Forest, New Hampshire)

We hiked 2.1 miles today on the Baldface Circle Trail to Emerald Pool and back.  The trail leads through the woods to a series of small falls that lead into an emerald colored pool.  This was a nice hike made challenging by ice on most of the trail.
