Meduxnekeag River Trail (Houlton)

I had a meeting in Houlton today and hiked the Meduxnekeag River Trail while in the area.  

The trail begins in the center of Houlton and has an urban feel to it as it passes between houses and the river.  The trail moves out of town at which point it travels through woods and fields adjacent to the Meduxnekeag River.  

This was an unexpectedly pleasant hike, although with temperatures in the 40s the melting snow made the hike a slog through slush.
